To use on-campus facilities open to our graduates you'll need an Alumni Association membership card. The card gives you 24-hour access to the Sheppard Library and entry with one guest to The Forum. You'll also be able to use your card to access the gym if you take out a Fitness Pod membership.
To request your card, you will first need to activate your myAlumniHub account.
Please be aware that there are two periods per year – September/October and six weeks following Easter - when the University does not allow alumni or SCONUL Access users entry to the library before 7pm on weekdays as our service is extremely busy. Alumni are still welcome to use the Library at weekends or after 7pm on weekdays during this period.

Once your card has been issued, you are free to use the on-campus services available to our graduates.
Please contact us immediately so that we can deactivate your card. There is a standard £10 charge for a replacement. Please order your replacement card via the online store and send the receipt to email@example.com in an email with your name and student number in order to request a replacement.
