Learning & Teaching Interests
Contributing to a work based learning curriculum in a trans-disciplinary context (I have created a module incorporating English literature into work based learning, for example - a module used extensively on the Hong Kong campus), I design module teaching and learning materials to deliver these modules through workshops and e-technologies and manage an effective team ofn a specialist porst graduate project module. I take the lead on the development of entrepreneurship, innovation and good practice for students at undergraduate, post graduate and doctoral levels. My general academic interest lies in the contradictions and emergent nature of professionalism; the fundamental changes in professional responsibilities and the complexities of leadership and decision making.
Research Outputs & Interests
Papers published on working with organisations particularly centred on the challenges of working with external organisations, managing client relationships, how reflecting on practice improves performance and how ethics can be integrated into a business curriculum.
