Dr Julie Haddock-Millar is an Associate Professor of Human Resource Management (Practice) at Middlesex University Business School and a Visiting Professor at the International University of Monaco.
She is a Senior Fellow of the Higher Education Academy (HEA) and Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development (CIPD).
She is the International Work Group Leader for the International Standards in Mentoring and Coaching Programmes (ISMCP) for the European Mentoring and Coaching Council (EMCC) and EMCC UK Professional Development Director (joint appointment).
Julie gained her Doctorate in the field of strategic organisational development and mentoring. She holds an MA in Human Resource Development and a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring Practice from Oxford Brookes University and is a practicing Coach and Mentor.

Research Focus
My research interests are mentoring, coaching and talent management, including impact evaluation. I also conduct research in the areas of sustainability and Green Human Resource Management.
I partner with organisations such as Médecins Sans Frontières (Doctors Without Borders), to conduct long-term impact evaluaton of their coaching and mentoring provision.
