Dr. Tingting (Elle) Li joined Middlesex University London in 2017 as a Lecturer in Tourism. Elle holds a PhD in Tourism Management from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University, and MPhil and MA in Tourism Geography from the University of Hong Kong, China. Her current research interests center on the sociological and geographical dimensions of tourism, including following interrelated research directions of diaspora tourism, mobility and sense of place, subjective well-being of tourists, etc. Her research has been published in several journals including Tourism Management, Annals of Tourism Research, Tourism Geographies.
