As Director of Programmes she is responsible for supporting the development of Accreditaiton with external partners for workforce development across health, social care and education. She promotes the use of recogntion of prior learning( RPL) across the School and develops progression pathways for individual learners with prior experience into University programmes.
She is the programme lead for the flexible MSc/MA Advanced professional practice (negotiated specialism) Development of progression pathways and accreditiaton of prior learning opportunities.
Her main area of teaching is in work based reseach methods and designing work based projects for transformative pratice development and quality improvement.
