Lisa recently defended her PhD at the University of Greenwich. Her PhD is a comparative and qualitative assessment of the factors that impact on job quality in the Danish, German, and English offshore wind turbine manufacturing industry. She holds a M.A. in Political Sciences from the University of Geneva, Switzerland, and spent one Erasmus-year at the Freie Universität Berlin in Germany.

In 2016/2017 Lisa teaches Resourcing (MA) and Organisational Behaviour (BA).
Prior to joining Middlesex University Lisa taught undergraduate students as a tutor on the courses Employment Relations at the Queen Mary University of London, and in International Human Resource Management and International Employment Relations, as well as Managing Across Cultures at the University of Greenwich. At the University of Greenwich Work and Employment Research Unit she coordinated a reading group for PhD students.

TEMS ‘The Effects of Marketization on Societies. The Case of Europe’ funded by the European Research Council (PI Prof. Ian Greer, University of Greenwich)
Over the past years she also contributed to a Hans-Boeckler-Foundation funded research project on European Works Councils in the Service Sector (PI Professor Hans-Wolfgang Platzer, University of Fulda) and to the research project ‘Organization and Regulation of Employment Relations in Transnational Production and Supply Networks.
