Dr Kremena Slavova is a Senior Lecturer in Management at Middlesex University Business School. Before joining Middlesex University London, Kremena was a Research Associate at University College London (UCL). She holds an MBA and a PhD in Business Administration and Quantitative Methods from Universidad Carlos III de Madrid (Spain), and a PGCertHE in Teaching and Supporting Learning from Middlesex University. Kremena is a Fellow of the Higher Education Academy.
Kremena's research interests include innovation management and technology strategy. Specifically, her current research agenda investigates mechanisms for knowledge transfer and their impact on innovative performance; her on-going research projects focus on spillovers through mobility of scientists, firm innovation strategies in life-sciences sectors, and open innovation.Kremena has published her research in academic journals such as Organization Science and Research Policy.
