The core focus of my research is on the (predictive validity of) cultural values in relation to identity. I enjoy exploring systemic thinking and 'wicked problems', transdisciplinarity, Queer Ecology and Eco Psychology.
Publications covered culture and journalism, organisational justice perception, Cultural Intelligence, power relations in aid & development, negotiations and the impact of education & training.
