Important Announcement

It is with great regret that the CARS & FoF 2012 conference due to be held on 10-12 July 2012 in London had been postponed. This is due to rapidly escalating hotel accommodation costs which would prevent many delegates from attending, caused by the Olympic Games being hosted in London later that month. While this was an identified risk, it is having a much more significant impact than originally anticipated.

The organisers appreciate that this will disappoint many potential delegates, however, it is hoped that a much bigger audience will be able to attend and result in a much more successful conference in the following year.

The event is expected to be rescheduled to July 2013 and the exact dates will be posted on this site in January 2012.

Please accept our sincere apologies.

About ISPE Conferences

ISPE_logo2.jpgThe International Society for Productivity Enhancement (ISPE) was founded in 1984 in the USA with the goal to accelerate and augment the international exchange of ideas and scientific knowledge in the field of technological applications. The primary aim is to integrate technologies, strategies and resources to enhance productivity, competitiveness and thereby improve the quality and standard of life. ISPE has been promoting research and education by organising conferences, training workshops and seminars and various other professional activities. Among others, the primary aim of ISPE is to unite, on a common platform, policy makers researchers, people from academia, engineers and users of CAD/CAM, Robotics and Automation, and Advanced Manufacturing Technologies. Twenty five different international institutions have hosted (globally) the CARs&FoF conference since this prolific platform’s conception in 1984. The 27th CARs&FoF 2012 Conference will return to London for the second time to be hosted by Middlesex University during 10-12 July 2012.
