Academic expertise
We have well-qualified, experienced academic staff, many of whom are solicitors or barristers with practising experience. Our staff are active researchers and have presented at conferences worldwide and published books and articles in a wide variety of reputable journals. Our areas of research expertise include employment law, discrimination law, EU Law and Human Rights.
Professional links
The LLB is accredited by the Law Society and the Bar Council for England and Wales. Law Society accreditation means that our LLB graduates are exempt from the first stage of professional legal education and those that achieve a minimum 2.2 honours degree are guaranteed a place on the College of Law Legal Practice Course.
