Middlesex Organisational Development Network (MODNet) was the first UK university-led network focusing on engagement with employers. It's a university-led collaboration involving national training organisations, FE colleges and private niche providers, all working together to meet the learning needs of business; public, private and voluntary sectors.
Middlesex University’s impressive track record in Work Based Learning gave the Higher Education Funding Council for England (HEFCE) the confidence to support the MODNet initiative. The work continues through the Institute for Work Based Learning.
