For the CIPD Reward Review - produced by the CIPD Reward Forum - I have written articles and reports for practitioners on thework of a reward manager, total reward, reward in banking, and the future of pensions. I have also writtena report for the Forum linking the work of reward professionals to the new CIPD professional area of reward and performance.
