Dr. Catherine H. Chen (PhD, MBA, BSc (Hons)) is a Senior Lecturer in Accounting and Finance Department, Programme Leader of MSc Investment and Finance. She has taught various courses at the levels of both postgraduate andundergraduate, such as Corporate Governance, International Risk Management/International Markets,Managerial Finance,Financial Managementand Introduction to Accounting.
Her research interestlies incorporate governance, market efficiency, behavioral discounting and topics on accounting and finance in China, She has published in such journals as Journal of Banking and Finance, Journal of European Operational Research, Journal of International Financial Markets, Institutions & Money, International Business Review, and Judgment and Decision Making.Business Review, and Judgment and Decision Making. She has alsosuccessfully attracted several research grants andcontributed to a book chapter and severalconference papers.
