Research Interests
- Developing a structured methodology for website design, and exploring creativity and interface issues in the digital environment.
- Research activity is also in the two areas of 'webcasting' (Developing a framework for effective organisation and implementation of live webcast events), and in modelling 'business user' information system development success factors.
