Jolanta Jagiello
Holds a BSc Mathematics (first class honours) from Imperial College, followed by PGCE from Chelsea College. MSc in Advanced Information Technology from Imperial College, MA Performing Arts from Middlesex Uinversity, MA Theatre Arts from Goldsmiths College, and MA Arts Policy and Management. Completing a Doctorate by Public Works.
Research interests are the application of the Forum Theatre Technique to Business, with several presentations of papers on the topic at Conferences, also the link between individual creativity and organisational innovation.
A specialist in creativity and innovation, teaching on a number of modules on Postgraduate Programmes: HRM 4125 Leading Organisational Change and Innovation, and MKT 4052 Creative Communication Strategies. Sessions on creativity and innovation on: HRM 4340, HRM 4373, and MBA 4640. Also running organisational innovation workshops alongside self-directed learning in individual creativity on a undergraduate module: HRM 3023 Facilitating Creativity in Business.
Middlesex Teaching Fellow (2009-2011), and Open University residentail tutor for two units: Creative Management, and Making a Difference (1999-).
