Research Interests: • Interaction design and evaluation, inclusive technology design, user-experience theory and practice, interaction modelling, affective and motivational factors in computer use, trust factors in technology-mediated transactions, semiotics, technology evolution and convergence,

• Vice-Chair of EU COST Action IC0904: Towards the Integration of Transectorial IT Design and Evaluation.
