Dr Rea Prouska is a Senior Lecturer in Human Resource Management at Middlesex University. She has a MSc in HRM and PhD with a specialization in outsourcing HR activities from the University of Manchester. Parallel to her PhD studies, Rea was also employed as a seminar leader in Manchester Business School and as a research assistant for University of Manchester funded research projects. Her research interests are in change management, HRM in peripheral European countries, quality of working life and HR outsourcing/offshoring. She is co-editor of the books Critical Issues in Human Resource Management (CIPD, 2010) and Business and Management Practices in Greece: A Comparative Context (Palgrave Macmillan, 2011).
