I am a research professor in IWBL and conduct research on work based and professional practice

I am a Teaching Fellow of the University and Fellow of the HEA.  I have published on aspect of work based pedagogy. I currently advice/supervise, D.Prof, Ed.Ds and Ph.Ds.

I am interested in research attitudes to  professional in practice and on issue in higher education.  I work in a more philosophical paradigm including an interest in Heidegger, Rorty, Rousseau and Dewey.
