Biography
BA with Honours, Southern Methodist University
MA in Shakespeare Studies, University of Birmingham
PhD, University of Birmingham.
Ed was born in Milwaukee, Wisconsin, United States of America, in 1953 and immigrated to the United Kingdom in 1982. He previously worked at Anglia Ruskin University from 1983 to 2008, when he joined Middlesex University.
