Managing the public organisationHigh calibre and commitment of its managers, supervisors and team leaders are major assets for the public sector. The need for talented and highly trained managers in these areas has never been greater and the School of Health and Social Sciences at Middlesex University aims to support the public sector by fostering and developing leadership skills at all levels recognising the links between the leadership potential and organisational change.
