Organisational Development Programmes

By working in partnership with you, we'll be able to enhance that knowledge with content provided by our academic experts across a wide range of fields. Our bespoke development programmes can be taken a stage further, and become the driving education force behind change. Accreditation service. Enhance the prestige and effectiveness of your in-house training through Middlesex accreditation. Put simply, accreditation is the process of quantifying and acknowledging the academic standard of staff training. At Middlesex, our Accreditation Service goes much furhter; we offer constructive feedback on your existing provision, and once your programmes have been accredited, take an ongoing quality assurance role. In addition, we can help you develop new programmes that continue straight on from your newly accredited in-house provision, as well as being able to assess the on-the-job achievements of individual employees. This can be a great incentive for them to dtudy for further university qualifications.
Organisational coaching and mentoring. Develop your organisation's capacity to help staff improve their own performance. As one of the country's most respected providers of postgraduate coaching education (for both freelance and in-house practitioners), we're perfectly placed to provide consultancy support to organisations who are assessing their current provision.
