Organisational Development Programmes

Skills development partnerships combine your unique organisational knowledge with the expertise of our academics across a wide range of fields. We design bespoke programmes that use, develop and maximise your organisation's unique bank of expertise. By working in partnership with you, we'll be able to enhance that knowledge with content provided by our academic experts across a wide range of fields. Our clients include Royal Mail, Halifax Community Bank, Ground Construction Ltd. and Sofra Restaurants.

Change management partnerships provide tools for helping staff manage and drive organisational change. Our bespoke development programmes can be taken a stage further, and become the driving education force behind change. In fact, our expertise can add value throughout the change management journey, from diagnostics through to development, implementation and evaluation. Accreditation service. Enhance the prestige and effectiveness of your in-house training through Middlesex accreditation. Put simply, accreditation is the process of quantifying and acknowledging the academic standard of staff training. At Middlesex, our Accreditation Service goes much furhter; we offer constructive feedback on your existing provision, and once your programmes have been accredited, take an ongoing quality assurance role. In addition, we can help you develop new programmes that continue straight on from your newly accredited in-house provision, as well as being able to assess the on-the-job achievements of individual employees. This can be a great incentive for them to dtudy for further university qualifications.

Organisational coaching and mentoring. Develop your organisation's capacity to help staff improve their own performance. As one of the country's most respected providers of postgraduate coaching education (for both freelance and in-house practitioners), we're perfectly placed to provide consultancy support to organisations who are assessing their current provision. In addition, we provide organisational mentoring training and are developing programmes designed to help organisations create their own in-house coaching capacity.
