Personal and Professional Development

Our portfolio of personal development workshops are designed primarily for mid career managers who need to develop their corporate perspective, or address specific skills gaps.  A unique feature of our courses is that you can wrap learning activities and assessment around the sessions to increase their effectiveness.  Completion of four of the workshops in the series and a Work Based Learning Report will provide an opportunity to receive a Middlesex University Certificate in Personal and Professional Development NQF Level 4.   The academic credits that this award carries can be put towards a future undergraduate degree.
