Employers

Middlesex University is keen to build links with employers who are seeking to employ our students.

Middlesex University has nearly 30,000 students on its campuses in north London and partner institutions and an annual graduating cohort of over 5,000.This represents a major potential source of staffing for a wide range of employers.

The University’s graduates qualify with degrees from the Schools of Business (& Law), Computing, Health and Social Sciences (including Biomedical Science), and Arts and Education (including Art and Design). Whilst they are studying they are expected to develop a range of skills useful to employers and many will have work experience related to their field of study. We also have a wide range of Masters degrees across these subjects.

As an employer you can:

Advertise a vacancy

Jobs Plus online offers free vacancy advertising for graduate jobs, part-time jobs, vacation work, work experience and placements. This service is accessible by current students and graduates up to two years post graduation.

Participate in careers and employers fairs on campus

We run three Careers Fairs a year at the Hendon campus: one in November with a focus on general graduate opportunities including management, business and IT; one in February with a focus on the social and voluntary sector; and one in May with a focus on recruitment to jobs currently available and including agencies.

Deliver presentations, forums and interviews on campus

Each term we produce a programme of events on campus to enable employers to meet interested students. We also hold forums for particular career areas such as law and accountancy. The Careers Service can organise and market the event for you.
