For entry to most undergraduate courses, you must have completed Diplôme de Fin d'Etudes Secondaires with a minimum grade of 34-30 (Satisfaisant) to 47-40 (Bien), depending on the course you are applying for.
Each course will have specific grade requirements and some will have prerequisites, such as prior study in a specific subject or submission of a portfolio. Full details can be found within the specific course information page.
As part of the application process you will need to provide a letter of reference from an academic source and a personal statement.
Students must also meet our standard English Language Requirements. We accept 45 (Bien) in English in Diplôme de Fin d'Etudes Secondaires, as evidence of your English language ability for most undergraduate programmes. If you don't meet these, we offer a Pre-sessional English course.
If you have successfully passed at least one year's higher studies in a relevant subject area you may able to enter directly onto the second or third year of one of our undergraduate degrees as a transfer student.
You may be able to enter directly into the second year if you have successfully completed the Certificat d'Aptitude Technique et Professionnelle / Certificat d'Etudes Juridiques et Economiques / Certificat d'Etudes Littéraires et de Sciences Humaines / Certificat d'Etudes Scientifiques.
We require 60 ECTS for entry to year two, and 120 ECTS for entry to year three. Acceptance is based on a curriculum match between your prior study and the syllabus at Middlesex.

For most postgraduate courses, you must have completed a good Bachelor Degree, equivalent to a British second-class Honours Degree.

Our MBA courses require at least two years of post-graduation work experience at management level, and in some cases a GMAT score of over 550 will also be required.
