Entry requirements
Tawjahiya: Students with good grades in the Tawjahiya are eligible to apply for entry on to our one year foundation courses. After successful completion of the foundation course students can get a place on our bachelor degree courses which usually last three more years.
Associate Degrees
Students who have passed Associate Degrees from Bahrain may apply to study bachelor's degrees in relevant subjects with us. If you have an outstanding result you may also be eligible for some exemptions. These are worked out on a case to case basis and relevant work experience may also be considered.
Diplomas
On completion of Diplomas from the College of Health Sciences, Bahrain, you may be eligible for exemptions from a degree in a related subject at Middlesex. Exemption is not however, automatic and will be worked out on a case to case basis on receipt of your application.
Bachelors Degrees
Four year bachelor degrees or equivalent from University of Bahrain, Arabian Gulf University and College of Health Sciences are recognised for admission on to our Masters Degree Programmes.
Postgraduate applicants
A lower-second class degree from a recognized university is a minimum requirement. This applies to all postgraduate programmes (MSc, MA, MPhil) with the exception of the MBA.
Work experience following an undergraduate degree is not a mandatory requirement. However, relevant work experience will be taken into account where a change from subjects at undergraduate level to postgraduate level is necessary.
For the MBA programme, all candidates must satisfy stringent criteria, which includes, a minimum lower second class degree from a recognized university, a minimum of three years of work experience at middle-management after undergraduate study and demonstration of an ability to able to undertake the demanding programme.
Credit for prior study is not normally given for postgraduate study.
