Undergraduate applicants
SPM school leavers are required to undertake one year of foundation studies before progressing onto an undergraduate programme. They may apply to do the International Foundation Programme at Middlesex, successful completion of which guarantees a student admission onto a degree programme.
The University however, also recognises a range of foundation programmes awarded by other bodies, e.g. the Canadian International Matriculation Programme (CIMP) and the South Australian Matriculation (SAM). Students who have obtained two STPM (the Malaysian equivalent of A' Level) passes, A'Levels or the Independent Chinese Schools' Unified Exam Certificate (UEC) will also be considered for entry into undergraduate programmes.
