This course is ideal if you have completed a postgraduate HR qualification accredited by the CIPD and would like to upgrade your qualification to an MA. Aimed at HR professionals who are looking to deepen their knowledge of HR, you will achieve your MA by successfully completing an applied HR dissertation, with supervision provided by some of the UK’s top HR academics and practitioners.

Content & modules
• The MAHRM/HRD top up programme involves undertaking an applied HR dissertation
• We offer a weekend workshop on advanced research methods and as a refresher to post graduate study
• We provide supervision in action learning sets in small groups of 6
• Alternatively we can provide on line supervision with access to distance learning research methods material
• The Module code is HRM 4881 (Dissertation with Research Methods )

Entry requirements
Open to students who have already successfully completed a Postgraduate level HRM diploma qualification and have achieved graduate membership CIPD status.

Applications for postgraduate study should be made directly to the university. You will need to fill in an application form and return it to the appropriate admissions office.
