This 15 month masters course has been specifically designed to provide students who do not meet the requirements to study the 12 month MA, with the opportunity to study an International HRM course. The additional three months provides students with the opportunity to develop their academic and practical business skills and gain a solid grounding in key business concepts, in addition to gaining in addition to gaining advanced-level international human resource management expertise.
Taught by an international team of top HRM academics, this CIPD-accredited course teaches you the skills and knowledge to act as a human resource professional, within a global context. The course meets the needs of those wanting a career in HR, as well as busy professionals already working in the field, and is available full time or part time.
You will be introduced to the tools and techniques of human resource management in an international context, and then specialise by choosing options that allow you to explore issues that are either generalisable best practice or are focused on more specific areas of study reflecting the expertise within the department of HRM.
For the MA you finish with a dissertation. The whole course is accredited to CIPD standards allowing the opportunity to apply for membership upon graduation.

The CIPD is the UK's foremost professional body for human resources, industrial relations and organisational development fields. When you start this course you will be able to join the CIPD as a Student Member (subject to the joining fees) and will have full access to the CIPD website. On completion of the programme you will be upgraded to Associate Member. Students with sufficient experience may be eligible to apply for full membership. During the course we provide professional development workshops based on the CIPD professional map, these workshops prepare you for the application to upgrade and develop you as a reflective and evidence-based practitioner.

What are the entry requirements for MA International Human Resource Management (15 month)?
We normally require a second class honours degree or above, not necessarily in business
Applicants without a degree who have practical experience in personnel work will also be considered, but you will need to demonstrate your ability on the basis on courses already attended, references supplied, a 2,000-word essay and an interview
Part time students should be currently employed or have past experience in posts with significant personnel-related responsibilities.
