    Maximising Fund Raising Opportunities

    Based around case studies, this workshop will focus on the specific challenges of non-profit management, innovative fundraising approaches, and developing skills for effective leadership.
    The course is designed to be practical and hands-on, allowing space for sharing and peer-to-peer learning

    Course content

    • Clarifying strategy and structure 
    • Measuring impact and evaluating success 
    • Leveraging the private sector 
    • Engaging in revenue-generating activities 
    • Skills for effective leadership
    • Cross-cultural communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution

    Learning outcomes

    By the end of the session delegates will:

    • Define methodology for developing approaches to potential stakeholders for effective fundraising and engagement.
    • Be equipped with the skills and knowledge to apply learning within own organisation
