Course overview:
The aim of the course is to help you develop your knowledge and understanding of conflict resolution theory and practice. The module explores a variety of factors that contribute to the causes of conflict and poor behaviour in the school environment. You will develop an understanding of a range of conflict resolution practices that can be used in a school.
