Course overview:
"Marketing Research is a fundamental tool that enables management to make essential strategic decisions based on a greater understanding of the market and their potential and existing customers".
This module provides you with an understanding of the procedures that need to be followed in order to collect and analyse the data used for managerial decision making. The module will enable you to initiate a research project, collect the necessary data and analyse it (using the SPSS package). It will give hands-on experience of interpreting the outcome of the analysis and present it to the management in easy understandable language.
