Course overview:
This module provides an introduction to the theory and practice of interpersonal skills. The module starts with an introduction to theory and practical advice on self-understanding and moves onto topics including listening skills, influencing skills, conflict resolution, and working in teams. There is an emphasis throughout the module on the acquisition of practical skills as well as the theory that supports them.
