Course overview:
This module offers an introduction to some of the most cutting-edge psychological theory, research and applications from the field of individual differences: personality and emotional intelligence. The module provides you with an understanding of your own personal characteristics from the psychometric perspective and introduces you to a number of ways in which this self-insight information can be used to your benefit – educational and career aspects, job applications, performance at work etc. Includes lectures, group work, independent study, videos and activities.
