Course overview:
This is an introduction to strength & conditioning, resistance training, programme design to meet specific athlete needs, weightlifting, theory and practice of physiology, adaptation to exercise, video analysis, case study design and field testing. Practical application will include use of Olympic lifting, speed and agility training, and plyometric jump training.
