    Cognitive Behavioural Therapy

    This exciting course introduces you to the fundamental concepts and methods of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).

    About the course

    The course provides a basic introduction to CBT assessment, formulation, treatment planning and change techniques. The course will also explore how CBT interventions can be applied to a range of psychological and behavioural problems. Regular attendance is important as much of the learning is experiential.
