    Human Resource Management

This course offers the perfect balance of theory and practice, mixing insight into organisational behaviour theories with innovative activities.

    About the course

This course offers an introduction to theories of organisational behaviour, and how these relate to key areas of human resource management.

By the end of the course, you'll be familiar with both these theories and also a wide range of general HR policies and practices within the four key areas of employee resourcing, employee reward, employee relations, and employee training and development. And you'll have the chance to put what you've learnt into practice using case studies and activities.

This is an excellent opportunity to build on relevant knowledge and skills developed in Year 1 modules.
