    Positive Psychology and Personal Happiness

Discover the theories and practice of positive psychology, a study that – unlike clinical psychology – focuses more on your strengths rather than your weaknesses, helping you to build a more fulfilling life.

    About the course

Through seminars and practical experiences, we'll explore how you can make the most of your past, present and future.

You'll learn – and use – a variety of techniques to achieve lifelong happiness, as well as identify how patterns of thinking can enhance or reduce positive and negative moods.
