    Business and Language Courses

    At our Summer School in London, our business and language package is one of our most popular, attracting students from across the world. Spread over 15 days of interactive tuition, you will have the opportunity to improve your spoken and written English, whilst developing your understanding of international business.

    The fees indicated include tuition, accommodation, as well as a vibrant social and cultural programme that helps you make the most of your time in London. Fees exclude flights, visa, travel insurance and spending money.

    Please note: this course does not carry academic credit.

    International Business Management and General English (4 weeks)

    At a glance:
    * Dates: Thursday 10 July – Tuesday 5 August
    * Fee: £2,650
    * English language requirements: Minimum IELTS 5.5 or equivalent. We recommend IELTS 6.0 or equivalent.

    Course content:
    The aim of the International Business Management and General English Summer School is to allow you to improve your language skills in combination with an academic subject and increase your understanding of British culture in a fun, friendly way. he teaching programme runs every morning from Monday to Friday. Classes will be interactive with the focus on speaking and listening to help develop your conversation skills.

    There will be a total of 15 days (45 hours) teaching. Morning sessions will be divided between academic and English language teaching. Classes are small and interactive to allow your tutor to spend more time getting to know you and give you more personal attention.

    Sessions include:
    * Globalization
    * Political economy and economic development
    * International trade theory
    * The foreign exchange market
    * Exporting, importing and counter-trade
    * Global marketing, and research and development
    * Business English
