Hendon Town Hall, Committee Room 2
The School of Law has teamed up with firms of local legal practitioners to launch a new series of occasional late afternoon talks. They will take place in Hendon Town Hall and will be free of charge and open both to all staff, students and to the local community.
The talks will focus on areas of law that are directly relevant to most people including personal and criminal injury claims, landlord and tenant disputes, employment rights, and consumer rights. There will be opportunities for attendees to ask questions to lawyers. The sessions will be chaired by a Law department expert.
The first event will be held on Monday March 25, from 5-7pm in Committee Room 2 of Hendon Town Hall, The Burroughs, NW4 4AX. Local Brent Street firm, Compensation Solicitors Online, will present information and take questions on subjects such as holiday claims, accidents in shops, compensation to victims of crime and motor vehicle accidents.
