The Quad, Hendon campus
The London Firebird Orchestra (LFO) – Middlesex University’s orchestra in residence – will perform music by Stravinsky, C.P.E. Bach, a new work by a student composer, and Mozart’s famous Requiem.
The free public showcase culminates in the Mozart Requiem, an emotional and complex piece composed at the end of Mozart’s life, some of which was dictated by the famous composer on his deathbed. It will be performed by LFO alongside Middlesex University’s choir and singers from the choir of St Mary's, Hendon's parish church.
Tickets are free, but must be pre-booked on a first come first served basis.
