As part of their BA Fashion, Communication and Styling degree, Middlesex students work with a wide range of media and visual communication methods central to the fashion industry - styling, photography, graphic communication, film and show production. The focus is on the production of challenging, concept-driven creative solutions.
This year's students have engaged with a particularly broad range of themes. There has been a lot of interesting collaboration - both within the programme and with external partners.
Outputs range from traditional media, such as documentary photography or screen printing, to more experimental techniques. One student has worked with fashion designers and animators to create 360-degree virtual worlds. This year’s Fashion Communication and Styling Graduate Exhibition showcases a broad mix of media and an increasingly challenging range of themes.
