The Centre for Critical Research in Nursing and Midwifery (CCRNM) is hosting a workshop to explore critical pedagogy for nursing and midwifery education

The aim of the workshop is to engage colleagues in a series of critical conversations around pedagogy in nurse education.

It is the first to be hosted by CCRNM within the theme of critical pedagogy in nursing and midwifery education and will be opened with a key-note paper from Professor Margaret McAllister (CMHN, RN, BA, MEd, EdD), Professor of Nursing at Central Queensland University, in Noosa, Australia.

This event brings together colleagues from the UK, Australia, and Ireland who share a mutual interest in shaping the future direction of nursing and midwifery education.

The workshop is closed for registration but after the event, information, including event photos and speakers’ speeches will be uploaded to our website.

If you have any queries about the event, please contact Professor Sue Dyson and/or Dr Margaret Volante
