    Mental Health Awareness Week 2017

    In conjunction with the Mental Health Foundation's Mental Health Awareness Week, Middlesex University presents a week-long programme to boost staff and student wellbeing

    Middlesex University’s psychology, mental health, child health and practice learning departments are taking part in this nation-wide event.

    Together we are going to look at mental health from a new angle. With people struggling to cope with the demands of life and stuck on getting through the day, we will explore what steps we can take to look after our mental health and build resilience to cope with the demands of life.

    All events are hosted at Middlesex University.
