MDX Play won an Interactive Media Award (IMA), this international award is shared by the University and our partner Whitespace Communications.
Another winning feature of MDX Play is that the site’s performance is equally good, no matter where the viewer is in the world.
This is down to the approach of our development team, who wanted to ensure viewers would get the same experience whether they were watching in Mumbai or Middlesex. They opted for high speed, fibre optic linked servers, which means the delivery is local to the user, ensuring consistent high speeds and high quality.
