    IT facilities

We are continually updating our IT facilities, to ensure that our students have the best and most up-to-date computers and software available to them. As a Middlesex student you will have access to hundreds of PCs and Macs on-campus, as well as open free WiFi in all areas of the campus so you can work on personal computers and mobile devices. Printing and photocopying is free for university work, and you will be supported by specialist IT staff who can provide guidance and training on computer and software use, as well as web support to help resolve any queries you may have.

We offer an IT drop-in session at the Sheppard Library every weekday where students can walk in for IT support without an appointment. We also offer 1to1 and group IT training sessions for applications and software which can be booked via our appointment booking system. A very popular service is the free 'laptops for loan' service for students which allows you to borrow a laptop for one day in the week or for the entire weekend. The laptops have full desktop software installed, printing functionality and can be used on or off campus. This service can be accessed directly by students through laptop cabinets across the Hendon campus.
