    Classes and Activities

    We have a variety of leisure classes on offer, delivered by qualified instructors and theyare a great way to keep fit and have fun. Classes are open to members and non-members. All classes advertised are included in our Full Fitness memberships.

    Our online booking system has been migrated to a new online portal and impressive app for your smart phone. T

    Move It- Over 20 recreational sessions for all levels of ability

    Move It is a programme of activity, specifically aimed at students who maybe aren't as active as they would like to be or would like to try something new. We have over 30 activities and all levels of ability are welcome and no previous experience is necessary. Move It activities run from September - May and are included in full fitness memberships, or can be accessed without a membership for a fee. Please email Danielle Norville for more information.

    Free activities for all

    • Table Tennis and Basketball: Free bat and ball hire available from The Fitness Pod. TT balls available for purchase.
    • Swimming at Barnet Copthall Pool is free with Middlesex University ID, during public swimming sessions.

    Give it a Go

    Give it a Go offers coached sessions specifically aimed at beginners to learn a new sport. Price is £20 for a block of coached sessions. Sessions which take place at an external venue offer a free minibus service from campus to the venue and back. Book your place by emailing Danielle Norville.
