About Move It

Move It is your easy and inexpensive way to get active. Open to all levels of ability and no previous experience is necessary. Move IT activities are £30 per term, and participants may access as many sessions as they like under the programme. Contact d.norville@mdx.ac.uk in the sports office for more information.

  • Over 20 activity session each week
  • Includes 5 ladies only sessions each week
  • Only £30 per term

Move It sessions

  • Ladies only sessions. A range of sessions designed for women to participate on their own, whatever the reason – a chance for females to work out together.
  • Inclusive sports sessions. Our instructors are trained to make provision for anyone with a disability to take part, and we'd love to hear how we can accommodate the activities to meet your needs.
  • Drop in sessions. A programme of sessions available for you to dip in and out of. Just come along when you feel like it. All these sessions are suitable for men and women.
