We run over 20 Move it sessions per week all for just £30. These sessions are predominantly aimed at complete beginners and most sessions are coached, so you can learn the basics of your new sport to help get you started. Move It sessions are open to all students and staff at the university.
Move IT also offers additional support in the form of ladies only, inclusive sessions for students with disability and casual drop in sessions, for people who want a no hassle approach to getting active. The Move IT programme runs from October - April.
