There are many ways to get involved in sports events – you can join one of our teams and represent Middlesex University through competitions and activities. We have around 30 individual sports teams including
|Judo||Karate||Muay Thai Boxing||Netball|
|Real Tennis||Rugby League||Rugby Union||Trampolining|
Some of our sports teams have achieved success at regional and national competitions, with a number of our students having represented Great Britain in international competitions, such as the World Student Games and even the Olympics.

All students are welcome to come along and try out for a team, with trials taking place in the first two weeks of term, just after Freshers. Even if you're not selected for a team, you can still take part by joining in our Move IT activities or Give it a Go leagues.

Our Move IT sessions are perfect for trying out something new as they are specifically aimed at students wanting to try a new sport; or those that haven't been involved in sports activities for a while and are looking to get started.Perhaps fencing sounds interesting, or maybe Muay Thai Boxing takes your fancy; whatever it is, you can be sure to find an activity that suits you.
