The ‘rights and wrongs’ of hunting will be debated by the League against Cruel Sports and the Countryside Alliance in Hendon on Wednesday January 16.
The legal and ethical arguments will be considered at the Middlesex University law debate by Joe Duckworth, Chief Executive of the League Against Cruel Sports, and Jim Barrington, Welfare Consultant for the Countryside Alliance.
The debate will be chaired by Middlesex University principle lecturer in law Dr Susan Pascoe who is an expert on the legal aspects of the Hunting Act 2004.
The debate takes place in Hendon Town Hall council chamber (The Burroughs, NW4 4AX) on Wednesday 16 January from 4pm-5.30pm. It is free and open to the public, and light refreshments will be available from 3.30pm.
