Multinational business and technology services company IBM have donated £10,000 to Middlesex University, to support a talented business student with their studies.
The donation will provide a scholarship for an undergraduate student, called the IBM Achievement Scholarship, with the recipient selected by IBM.
From next year IBM will also fund an environmental impact prize, to reward a student working on a sustainability project during their course.
Lisa Beatham, Head of Development & Stewardship at Middlesex University, said: "Middlesex is lucky to work with a number of generous donors who are keen to support students as they make their way through university. The IBM Achievement Scholarship will boost the university career of someone who could go on to become a business leader of the future."
The scholarship will be awarded from the start of the next academic year.
